Speaker ~ Eric Doberstein of LighTec, Inc.

Details ~ Reducing energy use is a priority for the Federal government, the State, and PSNH. To achieve this objective, the State and PSNH have developed equipment upgrade rebates and financing programs for governments and private companies. These programs significantly reduce the costs of installing the upgraded equipment and in some cases provide full financing for the remaining upgrade costs.

Eric will discuss the national energy use reduction strategy, the state’s objectives, and financial support available through PSNH. He will also provide examples of local energy efficiency projects. There will be time for communities to ask questions of each other and share information about what they are working on. Lunch is provided.

About the Roundtable ~ The goal of this group is to share knowledge, technical expertise, and lessons learned as communities in the Nashua Region take action to address climate change and energy issues at the local level. The Energy Roundtable is open to municipal officials, board members, planners, citizens, and anyone interested in creating change at the local level.
